In Damascus, Syria There goes the neighborhood. Forget all the crazy negative stuff you hear about Syria. I've been there and the people are wonderful. Here I am in Damascus singing on the roof of a place in the old Christian Quarter. Singing "Fairouz & Kolthum" a song about the two greatest singers of the middle east. Marhaba!
